  in March 2010. The Reviewer Reports and the Follow-Up
  Report are now available. The next Institutional Review
  of DCU is scheduled to be undertaken in 2016.

	Mr Thierry Malan, recently retired General Inspector for Administration of the National Education and Research (IGAENR), Ministry of Education and Research, France. ENQA & EUA reviewer, Deputy Chair of the EQAR Appeals Committee Former member of the International Institute of Educational Planning Council of Consultant Fellows (UNESCO) Lectures on comparative Educational policies and administration at the International Institute of Educational Planning, Paris), the International Institute of Public Administration (ENA), the International Center for Pedagogic Studies (CIEP - Ministry of Education, Paris) and several Universities. He represented the French General Inspectorate in the European association for quality assurance in Higher Education (ENQA)

	Ms Anita Lice, Former Vice Chairperson, European Students Union (ESU)(Latvian). Vice Chair of the ESU (2008-2009) EUA reviewer (two reviews in Turkey and Portugal) Was responsible for international development of the ESU, including the ESU’s pool of experts Co-responsible for QA matters in the ESU Numerous student representative posts held institutionally, nationally and at a European level
	Dr Barbara Haering, Director, econcept Inc, Zurich, Switzerland (A private think tank specialising in strategic planning, environmental policies and knowledge management). European Research Advisory Board (ERAB) member President of the Board of the IDHEAP (Swiss Graduate School of Public Administration) Member of the National Parliament of Switzerland (1990 – 2007) where she chaired the Committee on Science, Education and Culture Undertaken external evaluations of technology transfer strategies for several European Countries 30 years experience as researcher and consultant in the field of science management, environment and new public management
